Cancelation and Refund Policy

Our home is in a quiet nook with homes across the hillside. Because our neighborhood is tight knit we have some simple, common sense rules about staying in the home. 

• Unfortunately, no parties with loud music, inside or outside. Sound travels far in the quiet woods and we don't want to disturb others needlessly.
• We rely on the honor system for our costs, we ask that you do not bring more than the agreed upon guests. Our aim is to align the impact to the home with the cost to stay, making it possible for couples or single people to enjoy the space. We appreciate your help in that effort.
• Reasonable wear & tear is tolerated, but reckless damage will be charged to the renter. 
• Please leave the home reasonably tidy.

Check In is at 4pm, Check Out is at 11am.

$50 to hold dates with reservation, payment terms flexible to accommodate our friends!
